Use this page to find deletion instructions for Vibly applications operated by Vibly Tech (SMC-Private) Limited. Available options depend on whether the selected app uses an account.

Tap the Animals deletion instructions
Tap the Animals is not currently planned to require a child-facing public account. Final data and deletion instructions will be added before release.
Parents or guardians may contact Vibly regarding support information or data associated with a parent-facing feature.
StepFit deletion instructions
StepFit is planned to support user accounts. When the app becomes available, users should be able to request deletion through in-app settings or through the support process described here.

TimeWell deletion instructions
TimeWell is currently in design and does not have a public cloud account. Final data-removal instructions will be published before release.
Operating-system usage permissions can be revoked through device settings.
RiseLoop deletion instructions
RiseLoop is currently in design. Release-specific data-removal instructions will be added before public launch; no account or cloud-sync system is being claimed.
PuzzleBloom Kids deletion instructions
PuzzleBloom Kids is planned with no child account, no backend and no cloud sync.
Local progress is intended to remain on the device and may be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the application, subject to final platform behavior.
Deletion-request process for Tap the Animals
- 1Select the relevant application.
- 2Use an available in-app deletion option or configured request channel.
- 3Provide the email address or username associated with the account.
- 4Do not provide a password.
- 5Complete reasonable identity verification.
- 6Receive confirmation after the request is reviewed.
